Terms
Apartment for up to 7 people, with 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 double bunk beds and sofa double bed. Living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Flat TV and pool included.
Rental arrangements:
- The period since April until October (included), the rent is by full weeks from Sunday to Sunday. The entrance is on Sundays after 16 pm and check out the following Sunday before 10 am. The reservation will be confirmed by e-mail after payment of 50% of the amount by bank transfer or bank deposit. There is a deposit of 300 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival on the island and the day of departure will be returned.
- The period since November until March (included), the rent is by months or full season. Guarantee of 3 months. Payments are monthly and in advance. Electricity and water are not included.
